Green Beans and Shrimp -
Pad Prig King translated literally means stir fried ginger chili. But, ginger is not an ingredient.

       Ingredients How to?
  •  1 tablespoon red curry paste
  •  2 teaspoons fish sauce
  •  1 1/2 cup green beans
  •  1/2 cup shrimp
  •  2 teaspoons sugar
  •  1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Over medium heat, add a tablespoon of oil in a wok or pan.
  • Drop the curry paste in and stir to break it up.
  • Add green beans and shrimp. Stir quickly. It should take a couple of minutes to cook.
  • Add fish sauce and sugar and serve hot.
  • If you like green beans crispy then remove the green beans and shrimp from heat as soon as the shrimp is cooked (turned from translucent to white).
