Green Beans and Shrimp -

But, ginger is not an ingredient.

Total Time: 15 minutes
1 tablespoon red curry paste
2 teaspoons fish sauce
1 1/2 cup green beans
1/2 cup shrimp
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Over medium heat, add a tablespoon of oil in a wok
Drop the curry paste in and stir to break it up.
Add green beans and shrimp. Stir quickly. It should
take a couple of minutes to cook.
Add fish sauce and sugar and serve hot.
If you like green beans crispy then remove the
green beans and shrimp from heat as soon as the shrimp
is cooked (turned from translucent to white).
