MANATHAKKALI VATHAL RECIPE
Manathakkali Vathal is a sour-salty South Indian recipe.




       Ingredients How to?

1 kg Green manathakkali (Agathi)
1/2 Cup sour curd
4 tsp Salt

Combine all the ingredients together, mix well.
Keep it for 5 days and stir once daily.
Dry it in the sun for 2 to3 days till it becomes completely dry and crisp.
Now Store it in the tight container.
