       Ingredients How to?

•Tur dal-1 cup
•Bengal gram-1 tbs
•Jeera-1 tbs
•Red chillies-6
•Mustard Seed-1 tsp
•Urad dal-1 tsp
•Curry leaves-1 spring
•Coriander leaves-1 spring
•Salt as needed
•Tamarind water (very diluted)

• Dry roast Tur dal, Bengal gram, Red chili, and Cumin seed and soak them in water for 1 hour.
• Grind them to fine paste.
• In pan heat oil then pour the ground paste after seasoning with mustard seed, urad and curry leaves.
• Add tamarind water and stir well.
• Remove from flame after 5 minutes.
• Put coriander leaves.
• Serve with rice or chapatti.

Note: Don’t grind without roasting the ingredients.
Tips: Try this recipe by adding 1 tbs coriander seed.
