Take 8-10 inches long moti mirchi, slit them in centre
lengthwise fill the potato paste in mirchi properly and keep
Prepare a batter by mixing besan, rice flour, finely ground
corn meal, chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder,
garam masala powder and salt in luke warm water. Paste should be
thick in consistency.
Dip the stuffed mirchi into besan paste and fry in hot oil
at medium setting without turning much for 10-15 mins.
