Padampuri Murg
Padampuri Murg is a very popular non-vegetarian recipe that will make you lick your fingers as well.



Serves

       Ingredients How to?

• 750 g Chicken
• 100 g Khoya
• 250 g Yogurt
• 7 Small Onions
• 2 tbsp Garlic Paste
• ½ tbsp Ginger, finely chopped
• 1 pod Garlic
• 6 Whole Red Chilies
• ½ tbsp Coriander Seeds
• 5 pieces Cloves
• ½ tbsp Aniseed
• 2 sticks Cinnamon
• 4 tbsp Clarified Butter
• Salt, to taste

• Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients in a bowl except chicken, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and yogurt.
• Take a pan and heat clarified butter in it and then add cloves, cardamom and cinnamon to it.
• Now, mix all the ingredients in the pan (except chicken) to make a masala.
• Put chicken in it and cook it till it is done. Don’t add water in it. The dish is ready to eat.
