Dal Parantha
       Ingredients How to?

1.Wheat flour: 500 gm
2.Ajwain: tsp.
3.Mung daal: 100 gm
4.Kala jeera: tsp
5.Salt: to taste
6.Saunf: tsp
7.Red chilly: tsp.
8.Oil: "2 tsp.
9.Garam masala: tsp.
10.Coriander (finely chopped): for flavour
11.Dhaniya: tsp.
12.Ghee for making parantha: 150 Gms.

  1. Soak mungdal for 5-6 hours.
  2. Take wheat flour.
  3. Mix salt, mungdal, red chilly, garam masala, dhaniya, ajwain, kala jeera, saunf, oil and chopped coriander.
  4. Make dough with the help of water.
  5. The dough should be soft.
  6. Roll into 15-20 parathas and shallow fry till crisp.
  7. Serve it with Sabz-e-Sangar.
