Aamras is a tasty sweet recipe.

Serves: 2

       Ingredients How to?

  • 4 cups Mango Flesh (cubed)
  • tsp Saffron strands
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 11/2 tbsp Sugar

  • Mix together the moong dal, red chili powder, ground coriander, garam masala and grind it to a fine paste.
  • Add oil and paste in maida .
  • Add water little by little and make dough out of it.
  • Make small balls out of the dough and roll out it to make puris.
  • Deep fry it till the blow up.
