Quick Pasta
 

SERVES:

Approximate Calories: 165 Kcal per serving
Ingredients
  • 100 gms Macaroni (cooked in salted water)
  • 1 chopped Onion (Pyaaz)
  • 1 each yellow, red, green Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilly
  • Little White Pepper
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • Cheese for garnish
How To ?
  • Chop the vegetables.
  • Heat oil and add onions and capsicums.
  •  When they tender add sauce, chilly powder, white pepper and salt.
  • Mix well and then add macaroni.
  • When fully mixed garnish with grated cheese.
     

Eat protein at every meal, including breakfast.
Eliminate wheat- and flour-based products for the time being.
Reduce starch to one portion a day, and don't eat that portion during your evening meal.
Apples, pears, plums and berries all are good choices. Bananas are not.
Reduce or eliminate dairy for the time being, especially cow's milk.
