Open Sandwiches

Preparation time : 5 minutes
* Cooking time : 5 minutes
* Makes 3 sandwiches.

Ingredients How To ?
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the spread.
  2. Divide into three equal parts and apply on each bread slice.

* Serve as open sandwiches.

Health Information : A healthy breakfast or snack with the flavour of cheese. Low in calories.

For the spinach spread

  • 10 to 12 steamed spinach leaves

  • 1 tablespoon crumbled paneer

  • a dash of finely chopped green chili

  • salt to taste

Health Information : A healthy breakfast or snack of high fibre whole wheat bread and mineral rich spinach which is energy giving and satisfying.
