Carrot Butter Sandwich

SERVES:
2
Approximate Calories: 24 Kcal per serving
Ingredients

For making 3 tbsp spread
  • 2 tbsp grated carrot
  • 1 tbsp low fat butter
  • a little mustard (rai / sarson) powder
  • salt to taste
How To ?

1. Add a few drops of water to the mustard powder and mix well.
2. After 5 minutes, add to the butter and grated carrots.
3. Add salt.

Note: Use this butter as a spread for sandwiches and toasts.

Variation: Parsley butter: use 2 tbsp of chopped parsley instead of carrots and follow the same procedure.


Eat protein at every meal, including breakfast.
Eliminate wheat- and flour-based products for the time being.
Reduce starch to one portion a day, and don't eat that portion during your evening meal.
Apples, pears, plums and berries all are good choices. Bananas are not.
Reduce or eliminate dairy for the time being, especially cow's milk.
