Stuffed Capsicum

Preparation time:  10 minutes  * No cooking  * Serves 4.

Ingredients How to?
  1. Tie the curds in a thin muslin cloth. Hang and allow the water to drain out. When thick, place in a bowl.

  2. Squeeze out the water from the cucumber and add to the curds.
  3. Add the green chili and salt
  4. Divide each capsicum into two and scoop out the centers. Fill with the curds mixture and chill.

      * Serve cold.

Health Information:  Capsicums which are an excellent source of Vitamin C are mildly flavored and do not cause gastric irritation. A good accompaniment to a heavier dish.
