Sardine bil Foron (Baked sardines with tomatoes & onions) -

Serves:
 4-5
       Ingredients How to?

  •  1kg fresh sardines or whitebait
  •  3 onions sliced
  •  6 medium tomatoes chopped
  •  3 tbs olive oil
  •  4 tbs lemon juice
  •  4 tbs white vinegar
  •  1 tsp ground cumin
  •  1 tsp ground coriander
  •  1/4 tsp chilli
  •  Salt & pepper

     
    1. Place fish in oven-tray and after mixing the remainder of the ingredients together, add to the fish.
    2. Bake in hot oven for 30 - 40 minutes, or till fish is cooked.

      Serve hot or cold. (Tastes even better the next day!)
