Sev Ganthia Saag
Sev Ganthia Saag is a light and delicious Gujarati snack.
 
       Ingredients How to?

1 cup Sev or Ganthia
tsp Cumin Seeds
tsp Red Chili Powder
tsp Garam Masala
tsp Sugar
2-3 pinches Asafetida
tsp Amchoor or Dried Mango Powder
tsp Dhania or Coriander Powder
tbsp Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Oil
Salt (to taste)
1 cup Water

In a cup of water, add red chili powder, garam masala, amchoor and dhania powder. Mix well.
Place a pan on fire and heat oil in it.
Add cumin seeds and asafetida.
When the seeds start to splutter, add the masala mixture.
Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add in the sugar and stir well to dissolve it.
Finally, add the sev and stir.
Remove from fire and garnish with chopped coriander.
Serve hot with phulkas, theplas, or rotis.
