Tips
for Good Eating

Make breakfast the
largest & the dinner the lightest meal of the day

Be a nibbler &
not a gourmet

Eat your salad before
you eat your meal

Do not starve
yourself & overeat subsequently

Before cooking,
remove all fat from meats & also skin from chicken

Do not sieve wheat
& millet flours as it reduces the nutrients & fiber

Repeated heating of
oils should be avoided

Use a scrubber &
not a peeler for removing the skin of vegetables

Use non-stick pans
& vessels to cut down use of cooking oils
-
Do not overuse salt.
