VALUE OF FOOD

FOOD, ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ELEMENT TO SURVIVE,

SURPRISINGLY, FACT LIES THAT EVERYONE EATS,

IRRESPECT OF CASTE AND CULTURE ,POOR AND RICH.CHILD OR OLD

BUT WHAT MATTERS IS WHAT YOU EAT,

AS FOOD CAN CURE BUT SAME TIME CAN CAUSE HARMFUL EFFECTS ,

PRINCIPLE LIES IN CHOOSING RIGHT FOOD

PEOPLE EAT FOOD NOT FOR ITS NUTRITIVE VALUE

BUT BECAUSE OF THE TREND, WHAT THEY ARE FOLLOWING FROM CHILDHOOD

YOU CAN CONSIDER A RICH MAN EATING FRUITS.

ASK THEM WHY AND THEY WILL BE SAYING IN NO MINUTES

'ITS GOOD FOR COMPLEXION'

BUT POOR EATS FRUIT WHEN SUGGESTED BY SOME DOCTOR OR DIETICIAN OR

THEIR CLOSE RELATIVE TO HAVE FRUIT TO OVERCOME THEIR PRESENT ILLNESS,

LIKE GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLE CAN BE BENIFICIAL

FOR A PERSON HAVING ANEMIA BUT ITS NOT NECESSARY THAT IT IS ALWAYS

USEFUL FOR A PATIENT HAVING KIDNEY STONES ALL THE GREENS ARE RESTRICTED


IGNORANCE IS ANOTHER FACTOR FOR NOT CONSUMING RIGHT FOOD,

PEOPLE OFTEN CONSUME FOOD WHICH THEY LIKE,

WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT IT IS DOING TO THEIR HEALTH

SO WHATS THE SOLUTION?IT CAN BE HAVING A REVOLUTIONARY CHANGE

IN THE WAY PEOPLE HAVE THEIR FOOD

HAVING A GENERAL IDEA ABOUT COMMON FOOD AND THEIR NUTRITIVE VALUE

NOT ABOUT ALL FOOD BUT THE FOOD TAKEN DAILY OR OFTEN

PEOPLE SHOULD BE AWARE OF WHAT THEY ARE EATING

AGAIN KNOWING THE NUTRITIVE VALUE OF ALL THE FOOD IS BIG DEAL

THIS CAN BETTER BE EXPLAINED BY A STUDENT OF NUTRITION ,WHERE THE

POSSIBILITY LIES ONLY IN MUGGING UP ALL THE VALUES

BUT COMING TO COMMON MAN

IS IT FEASIBLE???NO, NOT AT ANY COST

BUT JUST THE KNOWLEDGE OF ALL THE FOOD INCLUDED

IN ONE COMMON TYPE MAY BE CONSIDERED

AS CONSIDERING DIET OF A COMMON INDIAN MAN

WHICH COMPRISES OF

DAL ,RICE, VEGETABLE , ROTI IS IT NOT?

WHO CARES ABOUT INCLUDING SALAD OR SOUP OR CURD

[LEAVING APART TRADITION OF SOME AS SOUTHERN PEOPLE]

SINCE THE NUTRITION AWARNESS IS EXPANDING ,

SOME FAMILIES MAY CARE FOR PARTICULAR FOOD ITEM BUT MOST OF THEM NOT

CANT WE GET A WELL BALANCED NUTRITION FROM

OUR DAILY FOOD ROUTINE ITSELF BY MANIPULATING LITTLE AND

WITHOUT CHANGING IT LOT

LEAVE APART DISEASE CONDITION

COMING TO A NORMAL INDIAN DAILY DIET......

1.DAL...a,MIX ONE OR TWO DAL TO ADD TO VALUE

b,GREENS IF CAN NOT CONSUMED AS SUCH CAN BE ADDED TO DAL

C,USING SPROUTED DAL ONCE OR TWICE CAN INCREASE VITAMIN C AND IRON

d,MIXING OF JAGGERY SOMETIMES CAN ADD IRON CONTENT

SIMILARY ADAPTING SOME SMALL CHANGES IN DAILY LIFE

LOT OF NUTRIENTS CAN BE ADDED TO DIET

ITS NOT THAT EFFECT CAN BE SEEN IN ONE DAY

BUT MAKING IT REGULAR WILL DEFINITELY SHOW POSITIVE RESULT
