Few suggestions to get a glowing skin:

• Apply pomegranate juice daily on your face for a month and you will get good result.
• Apply a face pack of powdered orange peel mixed with rose water regularly.
• A mixture of fuller’s earth (Multani mitti), Sandalwood powder and rose water can be good face pack for oily skin. Rose water is a natural toner, sandalwood is known for its cooling effect and fuller’s earth removes the excess oil.
• Mashed Papaya applied over the dark spots or facial marks may be very effective in reducing them.
• Dandruff can lead to pimples so prevent or control dandruff.
• Mix cucumber paste into your face pack to lighten your skin color as cucumber is very effective for tanning.
• Apply steam to your face to clean your face. Applying steam with a few drops of eucalyptus oil or lemon juice can be a good remedy for black heads and white heads.
• Rice flour, mashed ripe papaya and lemon juice taken in equal ratio, mixed and applied on face. Let it dry and then wash with cold water.
• Mix in 1tbsp of gram powder, a pinch turmeric powder, a pinch of salt, and milk or curd or lemon juice to make it a paste. Apply at least 2 days a week. You'll surely see miracle on your face.
• Mix honey and banana and apply to your face for soft and glowing skin.
• Mix turmeric powder, milk cream and rice flour and apply to your face for glowing skin
• Mix 1tsp orange powder, little turmeric,1tsp rose water,1/2tsp sandal powder, apply on the face and after 15 mins wash your face with cold water.
• Grind Papaya, banana and yogurt together, apply this on clean face. Keep it for half on hour and then wash with cold water. Apply daily to get a glowing Skin.
• Add 2 tsp of besan with 4 tsp of raw milk, 1 tsp of honey and make it as a paste. Apply on your face and wash it after 20 mins. It gives you a smooth & soft glowing skin. Apply once a week.
• Add mint juice, aloe vera and curd in multani mitti. Apply it on your face and wash it with cold water when semi-dry. Pat dry your face.

Eat protein at every meal, including breakfast.
Eliminate wheat- and flour-based products for the time being.
Reduce starch to one portion a day, and don't eat that portion during your evening meal.
Apples, pears, plums and berries all are good choices. Bananas are not.
Reduce or eliminate dairy for the time being, especially cow's milk.
