Tips to get rid of Pimples, acne and Blackhead
Beautiful and healthy skin is the most important part of a great look
but then our lifestyle pattern, dietary practices, and exposure of the
skin to various chemicals and environment tends to affect our skin
adversely. Due to stress, ongoing physiological changes especially
hormonal changes, over indulgence in to eating processed or junk food,
low physical labour and constant exposure to harsh chemicals and
pollutants make our skin prone to develop skin allergies and disorders.
The most common to be seen are acne, pimples and blackheads. These
problems though are not serious hazards themselves but may adversely
affect the way we look.
A pimple, zit or spot is a kind of acne, and one of the many results of
excess oil getting trapped in the pores. Some of the varieties are
pustules or papules. Pimples can be treated by various acne medications
prescribed by a dermatologist.
We get black heads when sebum stores in the pores of our skin and
collects the dirt, which hardens the pores. Mostly oily skin tends to
get more of black heads because of excess of sebum and open pores. The
tip of the skin becomes black so it is called blackhead. Maximum oil
comes on the T-Zone of the skin so we usually get black heads on the
nose and chin. Black heads look ugly on the skin and if they set deep in
the skin it becomes very difficult to remove them. Squeezing is not the
right way to remove the black heads it can make them worse and can give
you infection and scars.
