Congee Rice

 
       Ingredients How to?
  • Rice- 1 Cup
  • Water- 5 Cups
  • Pepper- 1 tsp
  • Green Chilli- 1
  • Curry Leaves- Few
  •  • Soak rice for few minutes and wash it.
    • Boil five cups of water in a thick pot.
    • Put rice and cook well.
    • Don’t drain the remaining water
    • Mix pepper powder, curry leaves and slit green chilli.
    • It’s good when you recover from fever or cold.
    • The excess rice water called Congee.
