ANDHRA PARUPPU PODI RECIPE -
Andhra paruppu podi is very simple and spicy recipe.


Serves:

       Ingredients How to?

Cup Peanut
1 Cup Chana Dal
20 Red Chilies
10 Curry Leaves
10 Flakes Garlic
Salt to taste

Heat up the pan
Add chana dal, peanut, red chilies, curry leaves, garlic fry it until it becomes brown.
Keep aside for 10 -15 min, let it cool.
Add all the ingredients into mixer and make a powder.
Andhra spicy aruppu podi is ready to serve.

Suggestions: Serve with rice, idly or dosa.
