Onion Bhaji
Onion Bhaji is a very popular recipe.

       Ingredients How to?

    2 Onions (sliced)
    2 Green Chilies (chopped)
    1 small piece Ginger (chopped)
    1 cups Gram Flour
    1 Egg
    1 tsp Asafetida Powder
    1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
    4 Curry Leaves (chopped)
    cup Oil
    Salt (to taste)

Combine all ingredients, except oil, in a large bowl and mix well, adding 3 tsp water.
Heat oil in a pan and add in small portions of the mixture. Fry until they turn reddish brown.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
