Marathi Kadi
Marathi Kadhi is a very delicious recipe.

Serves: 2

       Ingredients How to?
1 bowl Yogurt (small)
1 tbsp Gram flour
1 tbsp Sugar
Green Chili (chopped)
1inch Ginger (crushed)
tsp Turmeric Powder
tsp Mustard Seeds (chopped)
15-20 Curry Leaves (chopped)
3 tbsp Oil
1.5 ltr. Water
Salt to taste
Mix the gram flour, yogurt and whisk gently until no lamps.
Add salt, sugar, turmeric powder, water and mix well till uniform.
Add ginger and chili into the above mixture.
Take a pan and heat oil.
Add mustard seeds and curry leaves into the oil and fry for 10 seconds.
Add yogurt mix and keep stirring till the boil comes.
Take out from flame.

Suggestions: Serve with rice.
