Low Cal. Western Dishes

Tomato Cups with Cottage Cheese

Preparation time:  15 minutes  * No cooking  * Serves 8   

Ingredients How to?
  1. Cut out tops of the tomatoes and scoop out the centers.
  2. Sprinkle a little salt on the cabbage and keep aside for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out the water.
  3. Mix the paneer, green chilli cabbage, curds and salt.
  4. Fill the tomatoes with this mixture. If you like, garnish with cucumber slices.

* Serve cold on a bed of lettuce
