Baked Puri
Preparation time:
5 minutes *Cooking time : 10 minutes * Makes 25 puris.
Ingredients
  • 100 grams whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • teaspoon salt
How To ?
  • Mix the flour, oil and salt. Add water and prepare a stiff dough. Knead well.
  • Divide the dough into 25 portions.
  • Roll out into thin puris and prick with a fork.
  • Arrange the puris on a baking tray.
  • Bake in a hot oven at 200 Deg C for 10 minutes
