Vegetable Yoghurt Salad
Very easy and simple to make vegetable yogurt salad recipe



Approximate Calories: 105 Kcal per serving
Ingredients :  for 2 servings
  • 2 tomatoes (tamatar) (chopped)
  • 1/4 cucumber (kheera) (chopped)
  • 1 spring Onion (Pyaj) (chopped)
  • 1/2 radish (chopped)
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • A pinch of salt (namak)
  • 1 dry red chilli (lal mirch) (chopped)
How To ?

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
 


Eat protein at every meal, including breakfast.
Eliminate wheat- and flour-based products for the time being.
Reduce starch to one portion a day, and don't eat that portion during your evening meal.
Apples, pears, plums and berries all are good choices. Bananas are not.
Reduce or eliminate dairy for the time being, especially cow's milk.
