Sprouted Moong Salad

Preparation time: 15 minutes  * Cooking time : 5 minutes  * Serves 6.

Ingredients How to?
  1. Steam the sprouted moong for 5 minutes.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and put to chill.

* Serve cold.
