Fruity Bean Salad

Preparation time: 20 Minutes * Cooking time: 30 Minutes  * Serves 8.

Ingredients How to?
  1. Mix all the ingredients except dressing thoroughly.

  2. Put to chill.
  3. Just before serving, top the salad with the dressing.

      * Serve chilled.

Health Information:  This combination of pulses which provide proteins ( and B group vitamins), fruits which provide Vitamins A and C and leafy green vegetables which provide iron and calcium, accompanied by a dairy curd dressing makes this an extremely healthy salad.
