Sunshine Drink

Preparation time: 5 minutes  * No cooking  * Makes 2 glasses.

Ingredients How to?
  • 2 teacups chopped tomatoes

  • Segments of ½ orange
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 2 tablespoons papaya cubes or melon cubes
  • A few drops lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 ice cubes
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a liquidizer with ½ teacup of water.

  2. Strain

*Serve immediately.

Health Information: The drink gives all the Vitamins A and C requirement for the day.
