Golden Glow

Preparation time: 5 minutes  * No cooking  * Makes 1 tall glass.

Ingredients How to?
  • 1 bowl papaya pieces

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 ice cubes
  1. To the papaya, add the sugar, ice cubes and ½ cup of water.

  2.  Blend in a mixer.

* Serve immediately with ice cubes.

Health Information: Papaya is a rich source of Vitamin A. It also helps to add bulk to the diet and aids digestion.
