Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients How to?
  • 1 Cup Fresh Strawberries

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 cup Non-fat yogurt

  • 1 packet sugar or sugar substitute. I like using something from stevia

  • 2 cups ice

Blend until creamy and delicious, which won’t take long.
