Coffee Frappe

 Preparation time : 2 minutes * No cooking * Makes 1 glass.

Ingredients How to?
  • 1 heaped teaspoon instant coffee

  • 2 teaspoons skim milk powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • Ice cubes
  1. Blend all the ingredients with ½ teacup of water in a mixer until frothy.

  2. Pour into a tall glass.

* Serve immediately.

Health Information:  This frappe contains the adult’s chromium requirement for the day. Coffee in small quantities is a stimulant for the nervous system. However, it should not be drunk by children and people with stomach problems.
