Buttermilk

Serves: 1

Ingredients How to?
  • 200 ml Buttermilk

  • 1 Tangerine

  • ½ tsp Lemon

  1. Juice the lemon in small bowl.

  2. Peel the tangerine and remove the kernels.

  3. Now blend lemon juice and tangerine in a blender.

  4. Add buttermilk and blend it again until smooth.

  5. Pour the mixture into two separate glasses.

  6. For better taste, serve it immediately.
