Curd Dressing

Preparation time:  30 minutes  * No cooking  * Makes 2 cups.

Ingredients How to?
  • 1teacup thick fresh curd

  • 1tablespoon chopped onions
  • teaspoon chopped green chili
  • 1teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt to taste
  1. Tie the curd in a thin muslin cloth.

  2. Hang and allow the water to drain out for 1 hour.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients. 

*Chill and serve with any fruit or vegetable salad.

Health Information: A dressing rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals which will increase the nutritive value and taste of any salad. It is far healthier than the high cholesterol, high-calorie mayonnaise or salad cream.
