Hawaiian Fruit Bowl
Preparation Time:  10 minutes   *No cooking   *Serves 6.
Ingredients  How to?
  1. Peel and cut the pineapple and melon into 6 large pieces each. 
  2. Peel, cut and quarter the bananas. 
  3. Brush with lemon juice. 
  4. Pile the strawberries in the centre of a bowl. 
  5. Arrange the remaining fruit around them. 

Serve  with vanilla cream.

Note:1 teacup vanilla cream contains 79 calories i.e. 13 calories per serving.

Health Information:  A refreshing dessert with all the goodness of fresh fruits. They provide  vitamins and minerals as well as fruit sugar which is better for health than table sugar.
