Apple Whip

Preparation time: 5 minute * Cooking time : 10 minutes  * Serves 8.

Ingredients How to?
  1. Peel, core and slice the apples.  
  2. Add the sugar and cook in ¾ teacup of water until soft. 
  3. Mesh.  
  4. Add the cinnamon powder.

*  Serve hot with cold vanilla cream.

Health Information: Cinnamon gives a special flavour to this dessert which is rich in fibre, essential amino acids, vitamins and carbohydrates.
