Apple Slice with Vanilla Cream
Preparation time: 
  5 Minutes 
Cooking time:
10 minutes    
Serves 6
 
Ingredients How to?
  1. Core out the centers of the apples and then cut into round slices. 
  2. Steam the apple slices until soft. 
  3. Arrange the apple slices on a plate and pour the vanilla cream on top. 
  4. Place in the refrigerator. 

*Serve cold.

Health Information:  A tasty pudding which is easy to make and nutritious   too. The high fibre apples will fill you up.
