Low Cal. Basic Recipes

 

Skim Milk

Preparation time : 5 minutes * Cooking time : 7 minutes * Makes 5 cups  

Ingredients How to?
  • 100 grams skim milk powder
  • 1 litre water
 
  1. Mix the skim milk powder in 1/1/2 cups of water and make a smooth paste. 
  2. Add the remaining water and if desired, beat with an egg beater.   
  3. Boil.
Note: Every packet of skim milk has different methods of preparation. The above is given by way of guidance and the instructions on the packet should be followed.

Health Information : Skim milk has all the goodness of milk without fat.
