Bean sprouts
Beans are very rich in proteins, complex carbohydrates and iron.

This recipe decreases the amount of butter to be used and makes a great spread.

This type of paneer has a lot of proteins with very little fat. It is also rich in Vitamin B12, calcium phosphorous and zinc.
