Kabuli Chana masala
Kabuli Chana masala is a very simply and popular recipe.

Serves 3,

       Ingredients How to?

1 Cup Kabuli Chana (soaked overnight)
3 tbsp Butter
2 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Chili powder
tsp Turmeric Powder.
1 tsp Garma masala
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Ginger Paste
2 Onions ( finely chopped)
2 Tomatoes ( finely chopped)
Salt ( to taste)

In a cooker add butter and heat it for 2 seconds.
Add ginger and garlic paste , add onion and fry it until the onion becomes brown.
Add chopped tomatoes. Cook for 5-10 min.
Add chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric power, garam masala powder and salt.
Now add Kabuli Chana and add water sufficiently.
Pressure the cooker until the Chana is cooked.
Decorate with the coriander leaves.

Suggestions: Serve with poori or kulcha.
