Methi Thepla Recipe
Methi Thepla is a simple, fast and tasty recipe.

       Ingredients How to?

1 cup Wheat Flour
cup Methi Leaves
2 Green Chilies (sliced)
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
tbsp Turmeric
1 tsp Ajwain Seeds
Pinch of Asafoetida
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
1 tbsp Cumin Powder
2 tbsp Oil
Salt

Take a large bowl and mix all the ingredients in it.
Add tablespoon oil and knead it with water, set aside for 15 minutes.
Make small sized balls of the dough.
Heat oil in a griddle and roast them on both the sides.
Suggestions: Serve hot with butter or chutney.
