CRISPY WONTONS -
Crisp wontons stuffed with vegetable
Preparation Time : 15 minutes Cooking Time : 20 minutes Servings : 4
Wonton wrappers - 24
Oil - 2 tablespoons + to deep fry
Garlic, finely chopped - 4-6 cloves
Spring onions, finely chopped - 2
Green capsicums, seeded and chopped finely - 2
French beans, finely chopped - 8-10
Carrots, finely chopped - 2 medium
Cabbage, finely chopped - 1/2 small
White pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Soy sauce -1 teaspoon
Heat two tablespoons of oil in a wok or a pan, add
garlic and stir fry for half a minute.
Add spring onions, capsicums, French beans, carrots
and cabbage and continue to stir fry for a couple of
minutes more, stirring and tossing continuously.
Add white pepper powder, salt, MSG and soy sauce
and cook for half a minute. Set aside to cool.
Divide prepared filling into twenty four equal
portions. Place a portion of the filling in the center
of each wonton wrapper, wet the edges with a little
