Dosa Batter - 2 cups
Oil - for making dosa + 2 teaspoons
Garlic, chopped - 5-6 cloves
Green capsicum, cut into thin strips - 1/2 medium
Yellow capsicum, cut into thin strips - 1/2 medium
Red capsicum, cut into thin strips - 1/2 medium
Soy sauce - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli sauce - 1 teaspoon
Tomato ketchup - 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste

To make the filling, heat the oil in a non-stick
pan. Add the garlic and sauté for half a minute.
Add all the capsicums and sauté for a couple of
minutes. Add the noodles, soy sauce, red chilli sauce
and tomato ketchup and toss.
Add the salt and pepper powder and toss
again. Sprinkle the spring onions with greens and toss.
Heat a non-stick dosa tawa, season with very little
oil and wipe with a wet cloth.
